Whether it's a crawl space floor or a basement wall assembly, uncontrolled vapor transmission feeds humidity, mold, and musty odors long before anyone notices actual liquid water.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained vapor barrier installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Technicians understand vapor drive direction, dew point calculation, and mil-thickness requirements specific to your climate and application.
We prioritize homes reporting visible mold linked to suspected vapor issues.
Quotes are based on square footage and mil-thickness recommended for your specific space, given in writing before installation.
We install 10-20 mil reinforced polyethylene for floor applications, thick enough to resist puncture from foot traffic.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every vapor barrier installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
A reinforced polyethylene barrier laid across the entire crawl space floor cuts off ground moisture at the source, the single biggest contributor to crawl space humidity.
Dimple-board membrane creates an air gap against the foundation wall, allowing incidental moisture to drain down to a collection point instead of wicking into finished wall assemblies.
We heat-tape or mechanically seal every seam and use proper termination strips at wall transitions, following manufacturer spec exactly.
Each pier is individually wrapped and sealed to the main barrier so the system performs as one continuous vapor block.
Proper termination at wall-floor transitions prevents the barrier edge from curling or separating over time.
Here's the exact path from your call to a finished barrier installation.
A few quick questions about crawl space versus basement wall application help us bring the right barrier material.
You'll get a text confirmation with your arrival window.
Pricing is itemized by square footage, mil-thickness, and any additional detailing like pier wrapping or vent covers.
Installation is inspected for complete coverage and properly sealed seams before the crew considers the job finished.
